to learn how to fix it myself, and to pay for what it needed. If you have dedication and a good work ethic, you can make it happen, but yes, it's expensive. As collegeboy said though, I know every part of my Z inside and out. The knowledge I have gained of not only Zs but cars in general has been invaluable over the years. Be ready to spend some money though - I've easily put $15k+ into my Z over those 5 years, and many others have doubled that amount.
